Results of Junior Travellers Trophy 2009 sponsored by Wildwind
This year’s Junior Travellers Trophy for the Hobie Dragoons was once again sponsored by Wildwind. The series consisted of six events during the 2009 season:
(i) Winter Warmer Series at Datchet in February 2009
(ii) Datchet Cat Open in March 2009
(iii) Weston Youth Regatta in September 2009
(iv) RYA Zone Championships in September 2009
(v) Grafham Cat Open in October 2009, and
(vi) Weston Cat Open in November 2009.
Thirteen Dragoon teams entered the series, and the overall winners were Jack and Adam Murphy. Well done to everyone to took part in this series, and thanks again to Wildwind for their generous sponsorship for the Dragoon programme and this series.
The full results are posted in the results section. The top 4 final positions are as follows:
1st Adam Murphy and Jack Murphy 38 points
2nd Rhys Cooke and Jess Cooke/Jack Muldoon 25 points
3rd Sebastian Samways and Daniel Channing 18 points
4th Charles Willet and Harry Willet 18 points
